CIJA is teaming up with UJA Federation of Greater Toronto and Facing History and Ourselves Canada to host Unlearn It, an interactive virtual workshop for Ontario teachers to help them educate their students about antisemitism and its impacts.
Middle-school educators are invited to participate in this free workshop to learn how to use Unlearn It to create safe spaces to initiate productive, courageous discussions about antisemitism among their students. These resources can be used proactively as part of anti-racism programming or in response to an incident that has already occurred at school or in the community. The workshop will be held Monday, March 27, from 4:30 - 6 p.m. and is targeted at educators of grades 5-8.
