Tell Canada’s Public Safety Minister: Stop Hizb ut-Tahrir from Threatening National Security
Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is a terrorist organization banned by Canada’s allies, the United Kingdom and Germany, is bringing its extremist agenda to an Ontario city.
While the exact venue remains unknown, its conference entitled “The Khalifah” poses a direct threat to the safety and well-being of all Canadians. Hizb ut-Tahrir has a disturbing record of antisemitism and support for violence, including the October 7 atrocities.
We need your help to stop Hizb ut-Tahrir from spreading its hateful ideology within Canada’s borders.
Write to Public Safety Minister David McGuinty and urge the federal government to take two concrete actions:
1) Add Hizb ut-Tahrir to Canada’s Listed (Terrorist) Entities;
2) Ensure the Canada Border Services Agency prevents extremists from entering our country.
