Keynote address by Liliane Pari Umuhoza

Liliane is a human rights advocate who uses her life experience of surviving the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda and non-profit work to promote peace and summon global dialogue and actions against human right abuses. She is the founder of Women Genocide Survivors Retreat (Rwanda).

Holocaust survivors are invited to light a candle.

Commemoration will be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person. Link will be available at vhec.org on November 7.

Masks are encouraged for all attendees.
