James Stocker
National Director, Community Security
James Stocker leads CIJA’s security efforts, working to ensure a more secure environment for Canada’s Jewish communities through partnerships with police and federal agencies. A Canadian Armed Forces veteran and currently serving reservist with over 24 years experience in both command and staff roles, Stocker has multiple overseas and domestic deployments and most recently served as Chief of Staff for the army formation in the GTA. Hailing from Toronto, he holds a B.A. (Hons) in History from York University and a Master of Defence Studies from the Royal Military College of Canada.
