Interim CIJA president Noah Shack asked Mr. McGuinty to ensure that the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) closely vets speakers at Hizb ut Tahrir Canada’s Khalifah Conference 2025 and prevents them from entering Canada if they are “deemed to pose a risk of inciting hate or violence.”
