Western nations should seize on Pope Francis’s courageous visit and forcefully condemn the persecution of Christians in the Mideast.

A thoughtful reflection on the ongoing persecution and erasure of Christians in the Middle East, the cradle of Judeo-Christian civilization. Whittled to 4% of the region’s population from 20% just a century ago, Middle East Christians need not suffer the same fate as Mizrahi Jews in the region.
