What does KISS rock music icon Gene Simmons have to say about musicians who would boycott Israel?
“They’re fools,” Simmons says. “The countries they should be boycotting are the same countries that the populations are rebelling."
Makes sense to us. But Simmons explains a bit further for those who haven’t quite figured out that they’re protesting a thriving democracy that may host the most human rights NGOs per capita in the world.
"People long to be free,” Simmons says of the people struggling under Middle East regimes the boycotters ought to be aiming at. “And they sure as hell don't want somebody who's a ruler who hasn't been elected by them."
