INSS Strategic Survey for Israel 2009

The influential Institute for National Security Studies in Tel Aviv  recently published its annual Strategic Survey.

Edited by Shlomo Brom and Anat Kurz, this volume presents 13 analytical essays written by INSS researchers. Focus is on how Israel’s new government and the new US administration will affect the dilemmas and options facing Israel. The ongoing challenges represented by the Palestinian issue and Iran’s nuclear and regional ambitions are well documented, as are implications of the global financial crisis, international terrorism, and other regional developments.
