Born and raised in Queens, New York and moved to Canada about 15 years ago. I’m a mom of three children and many furry kids as well. I’ve always been a proud Jew and my dedication to my culture flourished after leading my University Hillel chapter and participating in the first LGBT birth right trip. The following year I attended an Ulplan in Israel and studied more intensely. Being Jewish is a large part of me and giving back to my community has always been important to me.
