Leading culinary magazine Food & Wine has ranked Israeli chef Yonatan Roshfeld number one in its list of rising-star chefs, part of its annual 100 Best New Food & Drink Experiences. The magazine says of Roshfeld, chef at the Tel Aviv restaurants Herbert Samuel and Tapas Ahad Ha'am: "To follow up his hit neo-Mediterranean Herbert Samuel, Roshfeld opened  a wildly popular tapas bar that mixes the best Israeli and Spanish ingredients."
