Statement on Incident in Jerusalem

Shimon Fogel, CEO of the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs, issued the following statement in reaction to reports of an attack on three Arab teenagers in Jerusalem:

“Unconfirmed early reports from Jerusalem indicate that a gang of Jewish youths attacked three Arab teenagers last night, badly injuring one. If these reports are true, we unreservedly condemn this shocking act. We trust that any and all perpetrators will be apprehended and that justice will be carried out to the full extent of the law.”
