The Centre intervenes with CRTC over BDS

Recently, the National Campus and Community Radio Association (NCRA) proposed its own codes of conduct, guidelines and best practices to self-regulate its broadcast standards.

The Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs took a dim view of this proposal due to the NCRA’s adoption of aBoycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) resolution vilifying Israel at their 2011 AGM.

Accordingly, the Centre intervened with a written submission to the CRTC, which can be found here.
