Jonathan Freedman served as President of his family real estate company for more than 20 years before starting Jazz Realty, whose goal is the acquisition and development of investment-grade commercial real estate. As well, Jonathan did two unique residential developments in Israel.
On a volunteer basis Jonathan serves on many fronts. He is a past Treasurer of the Rideau Business Improvement Area, Past Chairman of the Jewish Federation of Ottawa, a Board member of CJPAC, and is a past member of the Mayor’s Downtown Task Force, a past President of CAFE Ottawa and a past member of the national board of CAFE.
Jonathan is a graduate of the Hebrew University Law School and a member of the Israeli Bar Association. He holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Israeli Defense Forces (Reserve) and is a former Battalion Commander.
